January Mille Fleur Bazaar @ Clarke Quay!

Hi All!

Happy NEW YEAR! Festive mood is in the air again!
Mille Fleur bazaar @ Clarke Quay is back in 2010.
For our next bazaar, its going to be CHINESE NEW YEAR soon!
Most people will be in shopping mood to get new clothes, new bags, new accessories, new shoes, new EVERYTHING.
This is you chance to cash in on this shopping frenzy!

Come & join us on 29 & 30 January from 6pm to midnight at the FIRST Mille Fleur Bazaar of the year 2010.
Subsequent bazaar dates are:
2 & 3 April 2010 (Non-Peak period)
2 & 3 July 2010 (Non-Peak period)
22 & 23 October 2010 (Non-Peak period)
26 & 27 November 2010 (Peak period)
17 & 18 December 2010 (Peak period)

However, not everyone has to be cinderella. You can stay up to 1am to serve your customers =)
Set up is by 5pm on both days and don't forget to bring your own lightings and extension cord.
The whole place is outdoor but sheltered by the pretty Angel Canopy that lights up at night so no worries even when it rains.

Now, more exciting news for you.

Our rental rate is REDUCED in 2010!
For 4ft space (with 3ft x 3ft table and 2 chairs), the rental rate is only $290 for 2 days for Non-Peak period! For peak period, there will be 20% increase in rental rate.
You can put 1 clothes rack or any other display item beside your table. If you do not want to use the table, kindly let us know in advance.
For 8ft space (with 6ft x 3ft table and 2 chairs), the rental rate is $510 for 2 days!
You can share ONLY the 8ft space with a friend to save on rental. Strictly no sharing of 4ft space.

If you are interested to participate in any of the bazaars above, please email us pictures or descriptions of your products.
Upon approval of your products, you can then proceed to choose your table location and make payment.
Payments can be made via internet banking, ATM transfer or cheque payment within a week to secure your table.

Refund Policy: full refund will be given if the event is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date of event. Similarly, no refund is for those who pulled out less than 2 weeks before the date of event.
In the event of a change of dates, the management will let vendors know in a month in advance.
Official receipts will be issued for all payments made.
